There Are Worse Songs You Could Have to Listen to Exclusively on Repeat Forever Than The Knack's "My Sharona"

Denver street--dim, damp, gray--RTD strike--no one out--a ghost town. Pretty girl in pink shirt black pants stands out against the emptiness.

tall girl, pretty smile drops her coin purse--a little explosion of copper--sad radio pop song overhead--"Am I gonna be lonely for the rest of my life?" It's sentimental and forgettable but I think, "Man, do I know what you mean"--

Girl with phone to her eat trips down stairs--stays on feet, up to a running speed, tries to make it look effortless, graceful--looks not around, looks ahead, look means "I mean to do that" and I think what a strange creature is human, why the pride, is it natural?, why no humility--tripping is an accident but we think it a fault and we pretend it never happened.

The dog, the battle boar, Hildesvini--he is a massive white dog of some kind, up to her waist. She looks like a goddess with that dog, like a queen, unstoppable.
Jim finds the dog at some point, knows it straightaway--"Hildesvini." Finding the dog is a piece of finding everything else.
